On May 8th 2010

I never had witnessed anything so beautiful.

Our little family got sealed for "Time and All Eternity"

in the Salt Lake Temple.

This was such a special and sacred event that I will ALWAYS remember.

So sacred and special that I will keep some thoughts to myself and my own memories.

I can't even express the powerful feelings that I experienced. All I could do was cry.

They were tears of happiness of course.

There is nothing more sacred and powerful knowing that you and your family will be together forever.

I also know that our prayers are truly answered. I say this because I had a huge prayer in my heart for our little Vander.

The night before we were to go to the temple, Vander woke up in the night beside himself. He was just crying and we weren't sure what was going on. We thought maybe it was his tummy, a quick thought went through my head thinking it could be his ears because he just got over a cold and it always turns into an ear infection for him. Whatever it was, it was very sad, this was not like Vander to behave this way in the night, and for everyone that knows him and his cute and sweet little personality would also know this was out of the norm for him. Keith and I would take turns holding him because that was the only way he would sleep. I made phone calls to after hours nurses and they said if it is his ears it hurts him to lay down. So we just held him so he could sleep. Still not sure if that was the problem. I just started to cry, just feeling so sorry for him, and also thinking of all nights this had to happen. I told Keith I would call the doctor first thing in the morning to try and get in because it was a Saturday. Morning came and I woke up early and hurried and got myself ready while Vander and Keith were sleeping, and I called the doctor. I told the lady on the phone how Vander was acting through the night. They said we couldn't get in til 10 most likely and I just thought that is to late! We needed to be on our way to Salt Lake by noon and I wanted time for him to feel better. At that moment I said to the lady on the phone, I have a weird question for you, I just asked her are you LDS? She said yes. I said ok, we are suppose to be getting sealed in the Salt Lake Temple today! We are suppose to be up there at 1:30! At that moment she said ok hold on! She came back and said I can get him in earlier! I was relieved and thanked her very much, but still anxious to see what was wrong with Vander. I spent alot of the morning crying because I just wanted Vander to feel ok. But for some reason I could just feel that everything would be ok. My mom told me Heavenly Father knows, and everything will be ok for you all today. Well we took him in, he was so happy in there! He was cute with the nurse you would have thought nothing was wrong with him! That's our Vander! Sure enough he had an ear infection! The doc gave us a perscription and sent us on our way!

I am sharing this with you all that are reading, because I witnessed first hand that Heavenly Father hears our prayers. Because that day up at the Temple, you would have NEVER thought or knew Vander had been up all night crying and crying from being in pain. And being up all night because of an ear infection. He was PERFECT the whole entire day! Needless to say the day was perfect! Here is a glimpse at our very very special day! There is nothing greater than family and knowing that you will be together forever.

That was actually one of the flowers my sister Charonne wore in her hair on her wedding day! I found it a while ago and have had it in my drawer! I saw it and wanted to wear it this day!

This picture is very special! After Keith and I got sealed, he surprised me with two diamond bands to go on each side of my ring! I couldn't believe it! It's kind of hard to see in the picture but man it's pretty! My husband picked out my wedding ring and then two years later picked out these bands! What can I say he has great taste! The watch he is wearing I gave to him outside on the temple grounds! It is beautiful! It has 8 diamonds and on the back I had it engraved to say

"Time and Eternity" and underneath it has our Temple date! These little gifts from eachother will always be special to us and remind us of this day!

My prego tummy again!

Ok! This might be one of my all time favorite pictures of Vander!!! I couldn't believe it when I saw it! I didn't even see them take this picture! At first I thought it was Keith throwing him up, but it was actually uncle Shane throwing him up into the air! Great job Shane! I LOVE it!!!

Vander was just so happy!

He was so happy to know that he was mommy and daddy's forever!!!

We also look forward to this little baby girl who will be joining our little eternal family very soon! I Just cry when I think about the blessing of family and my little family and just that knowledge of knowing we will be together forever!

I have found my true happiness in life.

Well better late than never! I have not updated for 3 months!!! Holy cow! I have had people ask when I am going to update?! Well now is the time! Life has been a little crazy these last few months! But instead of talking about that right now, just enjoy our wonderful Easter holiday in Arizona! It was a great little get away and really neat to spend Easter out there! Vander was so adorable! Oh my goodness! Just look at the pics! You'll know what I mean:)

Easter Morning! It was so cute watching him grab stuff out of his Easter basket from the Easter bunny! He got so many fun things!

The little bunny ears! I could have died when we put these on him! He never even tried to take them off! They were just to cute on him!

This boy was OBSESSED with these plastic eggs! We learned though he could only play with the large ones! We had kind of a scary incident with the medium sized eggs! Lets just say our little dude has a big mouth and he scared the snot out of us! So yes, only large eggs for our V-man! Or

After breakfast we put Vander in the little play area and it was so funny to see his little bunny ears poke up from the top!

I LOVE these pics! Vander just crawled up to me and laid his little head on my tummy! It's almost as if he knows his little sis is in there! He is so sweet!

These next pics were the perfect ending for the fun long day! I was just getting Vander ready for bed, and when I got him in his white onsie I thought how cute his ears would look on him now! So I took full advantage and just snapped away with my camera! And the twins joined in on the fun as well!

These flowers I am holding are actually little pink onsies rolled up! It's so cute! This was an Easter gift for the little girl in my tummy!

Vander LOVES popsicles! This was actually the first time he had ever had one! He LOVED it!

Last day in AZ! Getting ready to go back home and wanted to sit on papa's bike one more time! Vander LOVES cars and trucks and motorcycles! He is definately a little dude!
