So now I am FINALLY getting caught up on blogging! About time! I am starting to feel a little better with this pregnancy so now I can start really doing things I need and want to:) So let the whole slew of pictures begin!!! We went to Arizona for Thanksgiving! It was so nice! While we were there, we did our family pictures with Keith's family! I tried to upload the huge family one but it would not let me:( Don't know why! Enjoy these two fun holidays!
Just the three of us!

Lookin hot honey!

My sister Charisse is an excellent seamstress and made these aprons for all us! She made some for my mom and other sisters as well!

Happy little baby!

Not so happy.........

Ok really not happy!!!

Nancy's cat just came and climbed right on Keith! It was so funny!

This was Vander's first time having a strawberry! He loved it!

Soooooo yummy!!!

This picture means alot to me. I know it looks kind of like I have been crying, well I was. Right before we went to Arizona I was told by both my ob and Vander's doctor I needed to stop breast feeding him because I am pregnant and it will take nutrients from me. It was very very hard for me to have to stop nursing him. I just loved that I could do that for him. But I did as I was told. I tried many times with the bottle and he just would not take it. We tried before we went to AZ and I thought I would really work on it in AZ. He WOULD NOT take the bottle from me because he knew what he could really get. So other people would have to try. It was so hard cause my milk would come in and wanted to be released so I was in pain at times. Keith and Keith's mom and dad and aunt Truly would try at times, it would kind of work, he still would fight taking it from them! It was so hard to hear him cry when all I knew what he wanted. But He still would not take it from me. It was emotionally hard for me being preganant on top of it if you can imagine. There was a day that he hadn't had breast milk or a bottle for like 8 or 9 hours which he was not use to. Well, on Thanksgiving day, Keith gave Vander his bottle, he came to me with Vander and the bottle and he had drank an ounce and a half!!! That was more than he had drank yet!!! I was soooooo happy!!! I took Vander outside on the swing and just held him and cried! I was so happy he had taken it! That's when this picture was taken. There was something to be thankful for on Thanksgiving day! He now LOVES his bottle! It is his best friend! He giggles and laughs when he sees it cause he wants it sooooo bad! He is such a good baby!

Just love these next two photos with papa!

Okay, so these pictures are just priceless! Vander has changed so much since our golfing date. Can't get over how such a beautiful boy can KEEP getting more handsome! How is that?
Your breastfeeding story about made me cry since ALyssa and I have been going through the exact same thing. Dave and I are going to Hawaii in 4 weeks and I have to be finished nursing. We've also made major progress and I should have it wrapped up by next weekend.

Wow, what a great post, Charayye! Some of my fav pics are of Vander eating his first strawberry, and hanging out on Thanksgiving watching the kids play..sooo cute, all the pics with Papa, the one with all the girls, including Rachel's girls in our aprons ( I really want a copy of that one), Gardner Village pics, the pumpkin with the baby (so clever of Keiffy :), and I loved Charisse's costume!
