Halloween 2010!!!

I had to get this post done before the month ended so it could be 3 months later not 4:)
This post is very long cause there a 3 different events that took place!
We had a wonderful Halloween this year! I think Halloween is such a cute holiday!
It makes it even more fun now that I have kids I get to dress up! I just loved that part!
We were heading out to Gardner Village this day to see all the witches and all the fun and exciting things!
Vander was just getting ready to go in daddy's boots!
Gardner Village!!!
I really love Gardner Village! Such a fun place to take your family! We went last year 09 as well
and we want to try and go each year! Such a fun Halloween festivity! Keith's parents were in town so we all along with my parents headed up to have a fun time!

Buddy had a hard time holding still for this pic! Can ya tell:)
My little Pete! It was so fun dressing my babes up! I just love doing it for both of them!
And we just HAD to get buddy this shirt!
We actually had people comment and laugh at it! Only a male this age can get away with wearing this shirt!
He thought this BIG M&M cookie was so cool!
Eating hot dogs on a stick!
Which btw is a great way to get your kids to eat hot dogs! They think it's really neat to stab the hot dog with the toothpick! Whatever works right?!

Love this picture with her papa Crocker!
He took like a couple bites of his cookie but just held onto in forever! He liked the m&m's
Mommy helped him finish it off:)

He loves bubbles! It's so cute to hear him say it to!
I will always remember when we went into this store, When we walked in Vander started saying moo! moo! I didn't see a cow anywhere, but we looked at him and he was looking up! We looked up to and there was a cow hide hanging up on the wall! LOL! It was sooooo funny! We were very impressed as well cause it was an animal noise he had JUST started doing so he picked up on it very fast! And not to mention it wasn't an actual cow he saw! He recognized the hide! Smart boy! I will always think of that anytime we go into that store! So funny!
Ok so we went to the little petting zoo they had there! I'm thinking, oh buddy will like this cause he LOVES animals! Oh know! He was petrified! Keith's dad was standing close to him  and Vander WOULD NOT let go of him! It was so sweet and sad at the same time! We couldn't get him to ride the horsies either! Maybe next year! I love my little boy!

After a while he got a little more comfortable but still kept his distance from the animals!
Here he was hanging with cousin Linny! They look like twins almost which she does have a twin sister! It will be so fun when Danielle gets a little older! Everyone tells me cause they are so close in age people will think they are twins!

He loved the tortoise though!
Mommy was trying to show him they were nice animals!
Didn't buy it though! Look at his face!

  So cute!
Keith took Vander on a little walk while
I was feeding Danielle and showed me this pic when he came back!
On a walk with daddy and grandma Joanie!
My mommy and mommy Nancy pants!

What a big day and ready for a ba ba from papa!

PARTY TIME!!!
We went to Aunt Cheri's for a Halloween pumpkin carving party!  And again couldn't get buddy to hold still for a picture! Still turned out cute though!
Princess head held very still !

Papa was feeding the two littles candy!
Vander got sooo excited when he saw this cupcake! Like, REALLY excited!
Carving pumpkins!
My hand and wrist hurt so bad after scraping out that darn pumpkin!
But it was worth it and mommy did a skull for buddy!
Ready to go outside and light them!
Look at her holding onto to her little skirt! Such a girl!
Ha ha look at his little duck butt!
He loved the lights in the pumpkins!

Papa and grandma had to leave!
Vander is giving papa a five and rocks! It's so cute when he puts his hand in a little fist to hit yours! He loves doing it to!
My boys in their black leather coats!

Halloween Night!!!
My little pumpkin head!!!
We drove into town to be a part of some Halloween fun on Halloween! Princess was all ready to go!
So it had been like a week since Vander had seen papa! He use to see him everyday til we moved! When we arrived he recognized the house! My dad didn't know we were coming right then, he thought we were coming the next day! So when we rang the door bell he thought it was trick or treaters! When he opend the door my dad was happy to see us! Well Vander got sooooo excited he reached his arms right up to him with excitment and ran to my dad and my dad picked him up! As my dad held him Vander actually started to cry! He was so overcome with excitement and emotion to see his papa! It was so amazing and touching to see that kind of emotion come from my little boy! He REALLY is such a tender little guy!
Little Pete was excited to see papa and grandma to!

Vander was so happy to be there he just went right inside and made himself right at home!

Loves chocolate milk!
And of coarse he wanted papa to play with him!
Getting ready for bed and reading stories! Vander LOVES books! He will come to Keith and I with them all the time! We love reading him bedtime books before night night time!

HALLOWEEN PARTY!!!
Yes we were "101 Dalmations"
It was sooooooo much fun dressing up as these characters!
Keith was Horice, ya know one of her little ho bo guys that worked for her and helped kidnap the puppies! Or in this case it should be called puppynap:) I was Cruella Devil which was so fun dressing up as her! And of coarse our little kidos were the dalmation puppies!
Our little puppies were the best part! They were both SO good to let me paint their faces and their little noses! We had such a good time! We actually had this family Halloween party the next night! It was great fun!
I was taking a picture cause he had a little tiny tail! Vander was so good to keep his hood up! He never tried to take it off!
Our little pups!
Cousin Ali even dressed up as a puppy to!
My brother and his wife Sonya were M&M's
My sis and her hubby!
Arrrrrr!
Me and my mommy!
Cruella Devil!
Wanted to get the whole outfit!
and with my sista's!

What a great post! I loved the Gardsner Mill pics. We had so much fun with everybody there. Your Halloween costumes were prize-worthy.....so cute. I also really loved the pumpkin carving pictures from Cheri's party. You have such an adorable little family. Oh, and I was very touched when I saw the picture of your Dad holding the sweetest boy, and Vander was so emotional he cried. It made my heart ache it was so tender.

As I sat here tonight at the kitchen table reading your darling Halloween post, I said out loud to Dave, "Charayye's life just oozes with joy. I've never seen her so over-the-top happy!" WOW! You seem to embrace this time in your life like nobody's business. Your family is so beautiful. Thanks for the fun look into life in the Crocker home. XOJody
