The Crocker Clan: Vander's 2nd Birthday!!!

I can't believe my baby is 2!!!

I will never forget the day he was born...

I didn't know how instantly I would fall in love with him, and how instantly I would love becoming a mother. Vander changed my life in every good way that was imaginable.

His adorable smile lights up the room and all our hearts.

There isn't a person who has seen or met Vander that doesn't comment on his big adorable smile and how his big brown eyes light up when he does! His little voice melts my heart. For how crazy and wild he can get, he is also such a tender hearted little boy. He brings so much happiness to our family and I very often get emotional when I sit and ponder how much my life has changed since I've become a mother. It's beyond what words can explain for me. I love my little boy so much and love seeing all his little milestones and every new thing and new word he learns. I love watching him grow and at the same time wish I could hold onto this little age forever. I know he's going to keep growing and the day will come when he won't need me to hold his hand, or needs mommy when he's hurt or sad, or when he doesn't ask me to sing to him while I hold him, or doesn't ask me to read a book to him, so I do everything I possibly can to cherish every little special moment while it's here:) However at the same time I look forward to watching him grow into a young boy a teenager and a man. I do everything I possibly can to teach him right so he will make right choices as he grows.

I love my little Vander so very much.

Onto the fun stuff!!!

Vander's birthday was in May! so yes yes, I'm behind, what's new???

We had a pretty packed birthday time for Vander! With Keith's parents flying into town we celebrated Vander's birthday a little early so they could be part of it! We then had a party on his actual birthday! Alot going on!

So enjoy our little buddy heads 2nd birthday:)

We took Vander to the mall so he could ride the choo choo!!!

He LOVES trains aside from cars!

And papa and grammy and aunt Truly and her girls came to!

Grammy got on the train with ALL of them!

Above: Vander and Linny thought it would be so fun to scream as loud as they could through the mall! Trust me you could hear them just fine hahaha! The 3 little ones totally feed off eachother!

The two girls are twins, and when Vander is with them people think they're triplets! They are only 5 months apart!

It was so cute to see Vander just looking out the back of the train!

KANGAROO ZOO!!!!

This is such a great place to take kids! It's a place with bouncy house and slides and even a little play area for little little ones to play in! Vander loves it!

CAKE TIME!!!

Vander loves singing happy birthday and he loves cake!!! We actually sang it like 2 or 3 times! One time I know cause one of the little girls blew his candle out before him hahaha! So of coarse we did it again!

I believe Truly is holding Linny's heads here so she doesn't blow it out!

And the first thing he did of coarse was picked the cars and helicopter out!

Danielle was ready to dive in!

He really did a good job at opening all his presents! He harldy needed any help!

Papa and grammy got him that hat! It's so cute on him!

He pushed his hat back like that I thought it was so cute!

He also got a road rug which he loves!!! And the diesel truck is the truck from "Cars" Mac and that was probably his favorite present!

Vander LOVES my dads lawn mower which he calls a tractor! So his cousins took him for a little ride around the yard!

Vander's actual birthday!!!

So we went to the mall first and had some lunch! Keith was out of town and was "supposedly" not gonna be there the day of Vander's actual birthday! I was sad but we both thought well we had his big party already so it's fine so I was still going to take him and do something fun on his birthday! Well while we were at the mall Keith said send me a picture of Vander so I did! Then he said send me a picture of you! So I did! Well he actaully wanted pictures so he could see what store we were in in the mall cause he showed up and surprised us!!! We were so happy and Vander was sooooooo happy to see him! He had daddy there for his birthday!

PIRATE ISLAND!!!

Yep we took him to Pirate Island! He has really started to like pirates which is a new thing! Infact just a few weeks ago we were at the store and a guy actually a worker walked passed us and Vander was down on the ground playing with cars, and this guy has a black patch over his eye which clearly he had something going on, and all the sudden Vander yells PIRATE PIRATE!!! LOL! It was soooooo funny and awesome and cute at the same time! And the best part is the guy totally heard him and just started to laugh as he passed us! It was awesome! The innocence of a child, I just love it! However he wasn't so sure about this pirate next to him in the picture!
